To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement for Damage-related Returns:
For items damaged during shipping, customers must submit an unboxing video within 7 days of receiving the order.
The unboxing video should clearly show the condition of the item and packaging.
3. Return Request Process:
To initiate a return, contact our customer service at [support@attki.com] within the 7-day return window.
Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and, if applicable, the unboxing video for damaged items.
4. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
6. Exchanges:
Attki Couture LLP does not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
